Favor Home Care is a locally owned, non-medical company that focuses on valuing people. With a strong management team that have all been in the health/home care fields for many years, it is led by Marc Vail, whose unwavering faith in the Lord and in his team is the reason Favor Home Care exists today.

Marc has been at the executive leadership level as Chief Financial Officer for well-known, major corporations for more than 20 years. He has a passion for caring for others and will do whatever he can to encourage and empower Favor to make a positive impact in the community.

Before starting Favor, Marc owned and operated another home care company in the area, so he knows the business inside and out.

Candy is the Director of Operations. She keeps the business going in the right direction by managing the day-to-day craziness as well as supervising the Care Managers. If you have any issue that can’t be resolved by either Candice or Julie, Candy is the next person in line. She tries to ensure that we all maintain a steady stream of communication so everyone is set up to succeed.

Candice is a Care Manager whose focus is on caregiver management. In addition to scheduling and supervising our caregiving team, she also handles all client invoicing. Candice has worked for 3 different types of home-care agencies: a franchise, a national corporation and an independently owned company. She discovered that the franchise was in it for the money; the national company didn’t care anything about Arkansas; but the independently owned business actually cared about and valued its employees. Even with a background in criminal justice, she chose to follow her heart for helping by working for Favor.  

Julie is a Care Manager as well, but is responsible for client management and marketing. She has many years of experience in client services and community outreach, and was Social Services Director for Evergreen and Civitan. You may run into Julie out in the community, at an event, at consultations, or she may pop in from time-to-time to make sure our caregivers are representing the company well and meeting all expectations set by our clients.
